My name is Ambrielle Phelps, founder of Sign and Motion Notary Service. We are a mobile notary service. I have been a certified notary public for the state of Tennessee since September of 2021 granted by National Notary Association (NNA). Our mission statement is “Let my stamp and signature make your document official.” Over the past few years, I have obtained certifications as a Loan Signing Agent, Wedding Officiant, and RON Services to better service Jackson, TN and the surrounding counties. In the future we hope to build our clientele to real estate brokers, funeral homes, delivery companies and so much more. And of course, we offer general notary services. A notary public is an authorized person by the government to act as an official witness to the signing of legal documents and administer oaths. Notaries are responsible for verifying the identity of the signatories and ensuring that they understand the contents of the document they are signing.

From general notary work such as acknowledgments, affidavits, and oaths to more specialized services like Remote Online Notarization (RON) through DocVerify, we make the signing process simple and secure. We also offer expert loan signing services to assist with real estate closings and handle a wide range of document types including power of attorney, prenuptial agreements, wills, trusts, adoption forms, travel consent, medical records, and more. In addition, we proudly serve as wedding officiants, helping couples celebrate their special day with personalized and heartfelt ceremonies. While we handle document authentication with care and accuracy, please note that we do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.
